What's the difference between tiers?⌄
Free is for trying the basics; Pro is for steady personal research; Elite is for higher-frequency, multi-market, AI-heavy workflows. See pricing for details.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Memberships, market packs, and subscription state are managed in the account center, governed by the checkout flow.
Which payment methods are supported?⌄
Per the channels shown at checkout. Subscriptions, invoices, and credit activity are visible in the account center.
Markets & data
Which markets are covered?⌄
Features are currently built on real CN data; HK is partially connected; US realtime quotes are live via FMP with fundamentals being onboarded. The goal is unified CN / HK / US data.
Is the data realtime?⌄
It is end-of-day / delayed, typically 30–60s end to end — not intraday tick data. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or differ across sources.
How do I enable US data?⌄
US is enabled via a separate market pack; price varies by membership tier. See pricing.
AI & workspace
How are AI credits billed?⌄
Each cycle includes some AI credits; buy one-time credit packs when you need more. Usage is visible in the account center.
Do notes and charts work together?⌄
Yes. Stock analysis, the chart tool, and investment notes are connected, so research stays traceable and reviewable.
